A day of Fun and Games 2008by Andrea Bryan What started out as a little fundraiser has become a major event on the BHSOSA calendar. The fourth Annual Games Day and Food Sale was held on Saturday April 26, 2008 on the grounds of the Bishops’ High School. In the heat of the midday sun, the students began to trickle in but as the day progressed, so did the attendance of past and present students. There was a long line to enter as the Headmistress skillfully opted to ask for ‘contributions’ instead of the price of admission. She managed to squeeze thousands of dollars out of unsuspecting alumni. read more | 300 reads
CARICOM Project 2008The Annual 3rd Form Caricom Project Presentation was held on Wednesday April 23, 2008 at BHS. The countries chosen were Dominica, Suriname and Trinidad & Tobago. The third place was given to Dominica. Trinidad and Suriname tied for first place. The stage presentation is a component of the 3-part competition. They were also judged on a written paper in addition to their exhibitions on the day of the presentations.

Another good year for ‘Bishops’From the Sunday Chronicle of 20 April, 2008 THE Bishops’ High School has recorded yet another year of outstanding achievement, according to Headmistress, Ms Elizabeth Isaacs-Walcott.
